After 3 years as Director of Support Services at IMS, Edward was promoted into the Sales leadership role responsible for IMS customer acquisition and growth strategy, including lead generation, customer engagement, and sales execution. Responsibilities include gross and net revenue, customer growth, sales strategy, sales coverage, forecasting, staff management, and customer satisfaction. Edward graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S.B.A. and a double major in Management Information Systems and Personnel Management.
